Contact Legislators:
The job of an elected official is to represent your interests, but they can't do that unless they hear from you. Before you contact legislators about the Health Education Bill, read these useful tips!
Ask Your Members to Contact Their Legislators:
Encourage the members of your organization to contact their legislators. The more that people ask for support for comprehensive health education, the more legislators will notice! Here your members can find out who their legislators are and the ways to contact them.
Testify at the Hearing:
One of the best ways to voice your support for comprehensive health education is to testify at the public hearing. Get some tips on how to testify in person or submit written testimony.
Write a Letter to the Editor:
Find out how to write an effective letter to the editor of a newspaper; as part of a coalition with over 100 member organizations, your words carry weight and you should make your opinion known!
Write a Newsletter Article:
